This is a pre-launch draft based on the Wada product plan. The operating entity, minimum age, service providers, legal grounds and retention periods must be confirmed before this policy can be used for a public launch.
Your learning information
The planned service uses account information, lesson activity and speaking results to support your learning. Calls are processed to produce private feedback and to check for harmful behavior.
What an organization can see
The planned organization portal shows scores, progress, activity and mistake categories. It does not show call recordings or full transcripts. Teachers should only have access to their assigned classes.
Your choices
You can request account deletion using the Delete account page. Wada must verify ownership before processing a request. Contact the team for questions about access, correction or deletion.
Retention and providers
Data retention periods and the final list of service providers have not been confirmed. These details must be published before student data is collected through the live service.
